William (Bill) Weaver, 88, passed away peacefully into eternity on November 5, 2024. Bill was born April 7, 1936 in Columbus, Ohio. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired as a lineman from (Columbus Southern Electric Co.) AEP.
Bill loved fishing and spending time with family telling stories and laughing together. His sharp wit and perfectly delivered one-liners will be affectionately remembered. He battled many physical issues, including blindness, without complaint, always using humor to lighten tough situations.
Bill is survived by his wife of 68 years, Delores, children Mindi Holtz, Rick (Cindy) Weaver, Beverly (Miguel) Gonzalez, Larry (Tami) Weaver, and Tina (Chuck) Gilman. Also, grandchildren, David (Tammy) Weaver, Brian (Brittnee) Weaver, Bradley Weaver, Ashley (Greg) Lattanzi, Michael Weaver, Travis (Meghan) Horn, Shannon (Carlos) Hernandez. Great grandchildren, Zachary, Conner, Alexis, Braylin, Dawson, Makenzie, Brayden, Kaiden, and Gracelyn.
We are comforted in knowing Bill is now, once again, able to see his wife and family, and for the first time, his beautiful great grandchildren.
