William "Bill" Willard, 67, passed away March 22, 2014. He was born on November 2, 1946. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie and Martha Willard, siblings, Charles Willard, Nellie Sleath, a granddaughter, and a great-granddaughter.
Surviving family includes, wife, Joan, children, Eddie, Ronald, Charlotte, grandchildren, Heather, Devin, Jennifer, Joshua, and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 10-11am, Thursday, March 27, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where a funeral service will begin at 11am. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens, Lancaster, OH.
