Zachary Eck

Zachary F. (Hick) Eck, 30, a member of the Avengers MC, passed away Friday June 8, 2018. He was born on December 9, 1987. He was passionate about riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Zachary was an Organ Donor Hero and helped save the lives of 5 people. Zachary was loved by so many people and this was clearly evident during his final days, as he was surrounded by hundreds of family and friends.

Survived by his fiancé; Ashley Clark; beloved furbaby, Bo; mother and step-father, Denise and David Cowper; father, Frank Eck; sister, Brooke (Daryk West) Ingland; niece, Ellianor West; brother, Christopher Cowper; maternal grandmother, Patricia Ingland; uncles, James Eck, Larry Ingland, Don (Shelly) Frison, Dale Ingland; aunts; Mary Ann Eck, Dee Dee (Ruel) Mullins, Debbie (Scott) Riley; along with numerous cousins and close family friends.

Proceeded in death by paternal grandparents, James "Pops" and Nancy Eck; maternal grandfather Dale "Zeke" Ingland; and uncle, "Big Dale".

A Memorial service will be held Saturday, June 16, at Amvets Post 1928, 3780 W. Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43228. Doors will open at 3:00pm. Service will be at 5:00pm. Open floor after for "stories & memories".

The family would like to thank the staff of the Grant Hospital ICU for all of the love, care and comfort they gave to Zachary and our family.
